These terms cover your use of nxtlaunch.tech, operated by Nxt Launch Technologies Uganda Ltd. Using nxtPay itself is governed by the terms you accept in the app, and every pay-in-4 plan by its signed credit agreement (see the credit terms).
Information on this site
We describe nxtPay accurately, but examples are illustrative and features, prices and availability may change. Planned features (such as the Merchant API) are marked as such and aren't commitments.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or submit false information through our forms.
Intellectual property
The Nxt Launch and nxtPay names, logos and content belong to Nxt Launch Technologies Uganda Ltd. The site is built on the open-source AstroWind template (MIT licence).
