Exports & product import
Everything a merchant sees in nxtPay Business can be downloaded as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV for accounting and other systems.
Merchant exports

Product import
Upload the same Products sheet (edited) to add or update products in bulk:
- Rows match an existing product by nxtPay ID or your SKU and update it; other rows become new products.
- A preview shows new, updated and rejected rows with reasons before anything changes. Nothing is ever deleted.
- Leave Stock empty to keep current stock. Up to 2,000 rows / 2 MB per file.
Safe for spreadsheets
Cells that start with =, +, - or @ are written as text so they can't run as formulas when opened.
